Does anyone sell replacement pins for A/B-Body cluster circuit board? Are the boards repairable? Anyone have luck, if pin repair is possible? A friend of mine is looking for (4) pins.

Might be easier to get new ones than to install new pins?

I fixed a pin on my 65s dash. One was snapped off.I used a hollow pin from a used old IIRc light plug from a car.had to manipulate it a bit but it worked for at least 15 years.Long before you could buy remade parts.Rocky

I've found a simple solution to one issue, loose or broken pins.
Eyeglass screws. The pins are hollow and pressed onto the board. There are usually 4 split holding prongs that can be seen on the back of the board. The pins can become loose over time by strain but especially by the strain of removing the stubborn connector when working on the gauge cluster. As I mentioned, the pins are hollow. Finding the correct size screw in very important. If it's the correct diameter it will screw into the pin and not expand it. Make sure the screw head is wide enough to catch the board surface. The screw threads will cut their own threads into the soft metal pin. I sometimes file a tiny point on the tip of the screw to help get it started. Again, if you have the correct size screw, it will pull the pin tightly onto the board. You can solder the pin for added strength, but you will need a good iron and don't use too much solder. Final testing with a good volt meter will tell you if you have a good connection. Most cluster housings have a relief where the connector/pin is located but, if during installation there is a clearance issue between the screw heads and the gauge cluster housing, use a thin piece of insulating material to prevent shorts.

I fixed two loose pins on my 68 Dart's circuit board. I stuck paper clips through the loose pins so I could move them into alignment and hold them steady. Then I filled the back pin cavities with solder. Finally, I cut off the paperclips. It worked. Here's what the two pins look like from the back side.

I think I have some of these pins on hand. You would also need the die's to properly swage them. Measure the length of them and I will see if what I have will work. Also measure the diameter if you have a caliper.
I will check one of my dash's, im sure the pins were the same throughout the years.
If the pins I have are not the right size, im sure I can get them.

Yes but the solder will likely crack. I usually swage and solder them.
I have a spare dash sitting here. I will replace all the pins and see how it goes. It looks like I have the correct pins.
Once I verify all the dimensions I will post a part number and show you where to get them. I do have the correct tool to do these and would be open to offer a service for those wanting it done correctly.

Here are pics. Solder is optional but will guarantee good connectivity.

Im posting a link to the pins but only with a warning. If you try to crimp these with anything but the correct die, you risk cracking the pcb.

I cant get a hyperlink to work so your gonna need to cut and paste her.
