It looks like a 70+ 440 sixpack balancer in which someone drilled out a lot of weight I agree. It’s not externally balanced now. Someone installed lighter rods or pistons and internally balanced the rotating assembly.

John,I've seem more than one sixpack balancer drilled like that,in fact the my 70 Super Bee that I sold back in the early 90's had the balancer drilled and to my knowledge,the motor had never been apart.

No 400 the difference is on the face... It has a notch. I bought a bunch of parts awhile back. 71-2 440 B-body skid plate K-member, Nos Fresh Air 6 Pack Air cleaner and some other pieces. Guy said it was mostly parts came from a Six pack Charger I thought that maybe it was a 72 as I thought that balancer was from it cause it was blue under orange. It wasn't.
