Love to get some opinions here on seats. I have a 70 Roadrunner with buckets, It's a 4-spd with no console. So, I have it upside down on a rotisserie doing the frame connectors as well as other bracing. I have a good set of stock bucket seats but they do not have anything in the way of thigh support. At some point I could want to put something in that has a modest amount of support but sort of has the same upholstery. Now's the time as I can do any welding to the bottom before painting it. Does anyone have and seat suggestions?? shruggy

Seat supports on those cars are only welded in as a convenience during assembly. The "weld" offers nothing except to hold it in place. So if you install different seats and the bolt holes are in different spots, just use large plates under the bolts to spread the loads.
