Hmmm, I thought the 4-speed on a J and K came out of the side of the console? Might be added. Would have come with a factory Tach instead of a Vacuum gauge.

If that is not the original factory setup, and I agree that the brochure shows the shifter coming up beside the console, then what is the console that’s in the car? Looks very factory and original.

I know the 3-speed came up the side. Cannot comment on the four speed.

I don't think i could get used to the square steering wheel???? No astrodome gauge pod either.....front and rear are rather ugly and boring as compared to earlier years.......
