Wonder what was gained by cutting the inner fenders out like that?

Non power drum brakes looks scary.

That car was local here owned few years ago. I could of swore Kerry Brooks (owned it here) told me he had the original dash to the car when was for sale here. It's a 68 gtx with a fiberglass front end if I remember right

Drum brakes are fine, one time. But how many times do you need to stop in a drag race? laugh2

Still the car looks pretty hacked to me. panic

No dash, hacked up, no front frame support with inner fenders cut away, not seeing $12k. I think $12k is too high for just a race car too.

A title would probably bring the money in line , based on what the engine build would cost. With no title , I have a hard time seeing more than 7500 . Old no title race cars just usually dont bring money.

What is holding the front end up on this thing? With the inner fenders cut out I would think those front frame rails would be a bit iffy.

I saw this one and like old race cars but I always lose interest when they don't have a dash and vin- just ruins it for me. Never mind having to prove all the time it is really a GTX to every dope who walks by.
