I had to make my own shock plates so I could get the lower mount in the correct location. For example, if you want 2 inches of compression and the rest for extension the lower mount needs to be located in the right spot. I couldn't find shock plates that did the trick so I welded up my own.

I'm in the building phase of my 68 valiant, and I'm looking at rear shocks. How much travel do I need on a leaf spring car? what are you looking to do with the car how fast and what tire will this be a power adder
