In fact, Charger crazy wouldn’t even cover it! With three second generation Chargers in his garage (a 1968, 1969 and 1970), it’s safe to say Bill lives and breathes everything Charger. We’ve known Bill for a number of years and have been itching to share his Chargers with our readers. Over the next little bit, we will be showcasing all three of his Chargers, starting with his 1968; the one that started it all.
