Anyone have knowledge of what temp spare wheels will fit a 15 inch mopar wheel? I know there can be an issue with the diameter of the center hole. Looking to carry it in my Cuda as I can’t afford the original spare setup. Thanks

try a 15" minivan doughnut. 1996-2000 have a center hole at 2.820 which fits your hub diameter of 2.800-2.805. this wheel has to come from a van that had 15" tires originally, as that would be the 4 1/2" bolt pattern. the 14" tire vans had a 4" pattern, and possibly a 15" doughnut, which would have a small center hole as well.

Got to looking at my hubs and measured the hub diameter at 3.25. Would it make a difference in the spare tire between manual or disc brakes?

the register i was referring to was the hub area where the wheel centers inside the stud area. not sure where you got the 3.25 dimension ? all mopar wheel registers were 2.800 on discs or drums for many, many years. that's why ford wheels won't fit on mopars. although the bolt pattern is the same, their wheel register was a tiny bit small at 2.750 id. the one thing you may need to check is possible caliper interference on your front discs. if a 15" minivan wheel doesn't fit by rubbing your calipers, you may need to source a 16" wheel from a 94 up concorde, intrepid, or LHS. they also have the 4 1/2" bolt pattern and 2.820 wheel id. if i get a chance, i'll bolt up a doughnut to a spindle and caliper assembly i have here and take a pic or two.

Well I measured again and you are correct sir. I have no idea how I measured 3.25. Pics would be great and thanks.

as promised, here are some pics. as i did this for a friend of mine a long time ago, my old mind forgot a couple of very IMPORTANT things for this to work. this was for a 72 duster with a disc conversion using the small, 10 3/4" discs, and 10" rear drums on a B-body rear. as the replacement discs had 1 1/4" longstuds, the factory nuts had just enough threads for this to work because i FORGOT a 3/8" spacer HAD to be used for CALIPER CLEARANCE. the spacer i show is 2- 3/16" ones stacked, as i didn't have a 3/8" one handy. make sure the spacer you use is a quality one. the setup i show is a 73 dart assembly, and the studs are about 4 threads short, at 1" long, but would work using the doughnut as intended. "temporary" [50 miles max] and no faster than 50mph. if i remember correctly [i'm getting close to 70yrs old], no spacer was needed on the rear drums. also, we used a 16" spare, as the wheel assembly [plus the screw jack] from a 98 town & country that came with 16" wheels. the tire diameter is 24", and it fit into the duster trunk well. mock up any combination you use to be sure it is SAFE. i would feel AWFUL if something happened because i FORGOT to mention something of utmost importance ! there may be some other mopar doughnut spare wheels that have different offsets, but this particular deal was used several times with great results. here are the pics, in no particular order.
