03 dakota,3.9,had 2 codes,o2 sensor(very back one),and a cam position sensor,so i replaced the o2 sensor,unhooked the battery to clear the code,now no cam code??,ive drove around 100 miles,still no code,so does one effect the other??,truck runs normal

Could have been an intermittent problem that hasn’t come back yet. Sometimes computer glitches can cause a ‘false code’ to pop up. If it never returns, forget that you ever had it.

X2 keep driving it will come back.
