I wish to restore a PRW rockers set where half of the bushings got sized.

Nylon will not take the beating without distorting. If you go to the Quadrant website you can find all the technical data on plastics. It wouldn't be so bad if the bushings were thick but being as thin as they are ... just not a good idea. Besides, what's wrong with bronze ?!?!?

nylon, in my opinion, would almost instantly vanish due to the rapid rocker action and heat build up. you need brass or bronze alloy for this job.
