Putting 318 in a car that had a /6 .. do I ave to change the ECU ?. It is complete running car with the 225...1979 plymouth..

Most of the stock OEM ECU from Mopar had a built in RPM limiter, you may find out after getting the car sorted out that you may want a good after market ECU to allow higher RPM than the stock one, yours, does work
Maybe not if you don't want to rev it over 5500 RPM or so confused shruggy
