LSP pro stock L Joined: Aug 2003 Posts: 1,313 Charlotte, NC	Them was good times, my dad ran Modified back in the late 70's with a 76 Hemi Dart in A/G and B/G, but the writing was on the wall by then, best way to go was the small block, couldn't get within 3 tenths of the vegas and monzas.

My dual-purpose car in the early '70s was a 292" 4-speed '57 Chevy with 4.88s, and I never wanted for a radio! I'm with a lot of you guys: nowadays if I spectate, the throttle-stop cars allow me to hit the concession stands and wander the pits. I come a-runnin' back though for Stock & SS, and beat the PS & Fuel fans to the good seats. I want to see guys race the WHOLE distance.
