Has anyone had any experience with 2" TTI headers on a low deck b-body with Trick Flow 240 heads? Their website says that non-SR or -1 Indy heads need a tube modification. Do the 240's retain the same exhaust port height as a stock head? Thanks. I guess a good side note question would be if the 1&7/8 headers would be big enough for a 512 or if 2" would be recommended?

I'm only running 1.75" headers on my stroked low deck. Certainly not optimal but they were dirt cheap and the car runs 10.60's so I'm plenty happy with them.

I think their headers are too big for the vast majority of cars out there but evidently they don't think so. Mr. Prosport is good example of your thoughts! I'm only running 1.75" headers on my stroked low deck. Certainly not optimal but they were dirt cheap and the car runs 10.60's so I'm plenty happy with them.

On my lowly 383, 1-7/8 x 3 headers made a noticeable improvement in power over some 1-3/4 x 3 headers.
The results are in the tech archives.
