What I’m looking forward to is when the tuners learn how to unlock the etorque feature so it’s adding its sweet 130 lb-ft of torque always, not just when it decides

I really don't like the dial shifter. Not because it's a dial, but because it looks like it was added as an after thought.

Review of the 12 inch center touch screen

https://www.theverge.com/2018/1/15/16892836/ram-1500-carplay-android-auto-detroit-show-2018

Sample quote

It’s also just about as responsive as the one that Tesla uses, which is to say it’s not particularly speedy or accurate. It’s easy to swipe or tap so fast that the system doesn’t keep up so well, multitouch inputs are hit or miss, and at least one of the trucks on the show floor already suffered a pretty bad bug that slid the menu icons down “below” the viewing area. Hey, at least there are still plenty of physical controls surrounding the screen.

Why? It tows 2300 pounds more than before, it weighs 250 pounds less, the engine is a great engine that puts out plenty of horsepower, and with etorque, you're up to 540 LbFt of torque. Not too shabby.

Pre-production display models...doesnt concern me. Plenty of uconnect cars in my family with no issues, so I'm not worried. Uconnect is a huge selling point for them...rest assured it'll work when these things hit the market.

I hear you but the 5.7 is due for an update soon, its a wonder why they didn't debut it in the new truck.

The black one with the black grill looks better because it hides that ugly over size grill.

Not adding anything that was not already said wrong, capacity means nothing, just dealer hogwash.

OMG, just saw the other thread on "your new truck" the Chevy is vomit on ice. Holt cap the Dodge is a decent looking design that I think with a little body color on segments of the grill will make it very good looking mostly compared to the chebby

Doubt it - there can only be so many ways to skin a cat (make a truck aerodynamic while still resembling a truck)

I was being sarcastic...didn’t think they actually collaborated with Ford
