I can use help with a WIW.
I found a pretty nice, 74-76 Dodge Crew Cab Short box and want to get an idea of WIW before I ask about it. Looks pretty clean, not rusted, not beat up, original paint, its a 3/4 ton, not sure if its 4wd or not (probably is), assuming its a small block auto, runs/ drives, interior good, whats it worth? I don't know truck prices that well, and short box crew cab's don't pop up for sale vey often. Sorry no pictures.

Condition is everything, and the W250 would be worth more than a D250.

If you're buying it to flip, the Cummins swap guys will gobble it up.

I wish I still had my D350 long bed Crew... *sigh*

I sold a 77 Crew Cab short wide box 360 4-speed I sold about 15 years ago somewhere in Toledo that I wish I had back. frown Sold it for $3500 which has no bearing in today's market though.

Not buying it to flip, just cruise the family around in. I'd prefer a non Cummings swapped truck. I've wanted one for awhile but haven't really seen that many for sale. Truck (72-76) prices are all over the place. This ones not a pristine low mile original, but its isn't beat to crap either.

This one sold for $12.9 a year ago, but it was really nice in my opinion.

Here's some pics of a truck I found, 78 1 ton, 4WD, 360, auto, 150K, runs & drives good, decent interior. Pretty much rust free. Any idea on a ballpark WIW?

I sold a White paint / Black Adventurer Interior 1972 Dodge W200 POWERWAGON Crew six months ago for $5,100 (as clean or nicer than your Tan '77 prospect). I asked $8800 for months and took way less in 2017 I know these Crews Cabs are rare (took me 3 years to find mine) especially Civilian non-military 4X4s DODGE D Series rigs get very little monetary love; WEIRD

I'm going to be in the market for one soon so I've been looking around. I've seen asking prices vary wildly but I've also seen reserves not met at $6K. These were not CTD conversions though but some were really clean.

Cool Truck TX9.
So the 2wd (D series) are worth a bit less that the 4wd (W series)?

Seems $5K is an average price for running driving 4WD trucks that I've seen on Clist. 2wd's are all over the place though, kinda like all of the others 70's Dodge trucks are.

My latest crew cab Cummins conversion truck I bought off a member here. He said he has axles to convert to a 4x4 but I doubt I will do it... no
