On 71 B bodies, and I would guess E bodies as well there is a black plastic thing that snaps into the inner finder, and it holds the heater hoses up. I goes close to the shock tower. Anybody know where these can be found?

That is a plastic strap that holds the hoses.
Comes in the complete underhood strap kit

There is also one that snaps to the top of the shock extension on the driver's side to hold the heavy cable that goes to the starter. I've seen them on 70 e-bodies, but not sure about 71s.
