By all means voice your concerns to the Velocity network. Maybe they'll cancel this Mopar-based show, you can always watch any of the dozens of other Mopar-based shows that are on. eyes

The incessant criticism on here of the show gets tiresome.

If you don't like the show, don't watch it.

If you don't like his mouth, mute it.

If you'd rather the show was done differently, do a show yourself.

It ain't the Gospel, it's a few minutes a week to see how someone else does what we do and to check out cars that many (most) of the general public will never own or restore, or even know about.

It's ENTERTAINMENT fer crissake. And it beats the hell out of the alternative.

I personally couldn't care less that he missed the actual numbers, his 2" difference was the point, and unknown to many, I'm sure.

I like how he said Rally Type was for Camaro. It was Rally Sport for the Camaro. He said he can't use the word Rally on his show because it is a Chevy word. Hello..... code 97 paint in 1969 was called what for Plymouth? Yup, Rallye Green.....................

He’s the first person I’ve heard that calls a 68-70 charger, a “ fast top”.

I watch the show to see the cars, and I am glad that there is a Mopar based show on Velocity, but the guy is so full of himself, that he doesn't even bother to fact check the information before he starts spouting it off. I can go on and on about the misinformation he spouts off on almost every episode. I'm not always correct with Mopar information either, but I don't go around claiming to be the know all end all guru that he claims to be either. If I were spouting out facts and statistics about Mopars on television I would be fact checking the information first. It is not that hard to do in the computer age. There is even a thread on here in the wiw section about a 71 340 Challenger R/T that Worman says Chrysler never built!

I watch it for the cars. I already know the truth (facts or fiction), or fender tag numbers, or vin numbers anyway. I don't take anything they say or do personally. I admire what they get to do all day. Restore awesome Mopars. Every one they do is one that gets saved. Correctly or not. It's better than getting crushed.

It's better than Overhaulin, Wheeler Dealers, Speed Is The New Black, Counts Customs, Texas Metal, Fantom Works, Iron Resurrection, Chasing Classic Cars or any other of these shows. I watch them all but GYC is still my favorite. (for the cars).

If worman was truly interested in historical preservation he or one of his employees could easily have properly introduced themselves here and make friends that would have made his show interesting and correct. Instead he came here and tried to blow smoke up our orifi and seems to be more interested in making $ with his stardom than perpetuating factual representation of Chrysler history.

I am sure he probably lurks on here from time to time. But if you read about all of the negative comments everyone else always say about him & the show if I were him I wouldn't post on here either. LOL.

At least he gets to do what he loves to do & is making a lot of money to do it. I wish I could afford to professionally restore Mopars & Musclecars all day. Hell, I can't afford to finish the cars I have.

I record the show, then fast forward anytime his mouth is open or he starts dancing. That leaves about 25 minutes of show to watch. Works great.

laugh2 That's exactly what I do as well. When he starts his boasting
and dancing.....>>>fast forward. I like the fact that there actually is a
Mopar based show out there, but can't stand people who think/act like they are smarter or better than everyone else, BIG turn off, and a pet peeve
of mine. twocents

And to counter my point...Dave Rea? I think is his name? He seems
to be a nice person. And when it comes to Mopars, Seems to be humble and knowledgable about his job, while he shows you when he is
installing parts, or when he is putting a car together. twocents

There are worse shows on TV.
It easy making a show. If he was more Humble it would be better.
The fake acting is what makes all shows bad.
I know 20 years ago I, could have made a great amateur show.
What would have made it was my friends. What a bunch of idiots we were.
You can not fake stupid

I know when i look at OBS's old 5 Star Videos on VHS they to me are better than the new stuff, That unpolished was great
