But the money spent on crap, that you won't like later on could have been spent on redoing factory mirrors that work, and look the way there are supposed to. None of the china mirrors have the correct mounting screws, and maybe not the correct counter sink for the correct ones. Plus you can get date coded glass from him.

Get date coded glass from who??? Resto Rick was last I knew and he doesn't anymore.
I put the Chrome Chinese style on my 71 Demon and they were livable not perfect.
Please understand I'm asking the group this question because I'm super apprehensive on any thing repro..
My car currently has 73-4 mirror on it so for me to right that wrong I have to find good used??? Where do I find with good non scratched glass since I don't have a source anymore.

I bought both the driver side & passenger side mirrors for my 70' Challenger from Classic. They look great to me. Much better than the old pitted mirrors I took off.

I purchased a Passenger side mirror from Van's for my 1972 Charger and have no complaints. It mounted with no problem and looks good, much better than the pitted original that would not hold adjustment. A Mopar expert can probably tell it's a reproduction but it looks good to me. I have not tried the reproduction drivers side mirror, so I can't comment on fit or function. I saw the one's from Van's because I've had good results from them in the past, I never deal with the BIGBOX stores till I saw the price was same and then a 25% discount which brought this pair down to 230's or there abouts. The hard part is since I have to paint them it would suck if they fell apart shortly after doing all that. Ron
