Hello -

I was cleaning up my front drums ('68 with 10") and one appears to be original considering it has the spring still on it and also has the balance weight on it.
Upon cleaning off the 50 years of gunk, it was apparent it was black in color. Hub is also black. I always thought that drums were bare unless you had some sort of styled wheel. Mine has the simulated mag covers.

The other side has been replaced and just a bare rusty drum.

Been searching for the drum spring, not finding in repro. Any sources out there?

I have a pair of NOS rear drums that are black. Of course I don't know if they are assembly line parts or not as they did not come in boxes so they might be.
