What color was the R code Challenger vert? The white auto on the column 71 Hemi Convert sold for 710K in pieces before it went to RJS in California. We looked at that car in '78-'79 in KC. The Owner left it sit on the street, wheels blocked in front of his house. Motor was out of it. That wouldn't last long today. When it sold, it was in pieces.

IIRC it was FC7 but I don't know if that was the original color. It was listed on eBay and discussed at length here at the time. Maybe a year ago, maybe a bit further back. I didn't save the info, but it was in the midwest Missouri or Kansas maybe. Complete but tired looking is what I recall.

isn't Hardy from Wisconsin restoring the same car or maybe he is already done with it? I forgot his real name. Forgive me Hardy. I know his is going to score very well when it gets judged. No stone left unturned. I believe his is a rallye hood car as well. There is a guy in Wisconsin that has one of the other B7 70 V-code converts that is almost complete. Just saw a photo of the car last week and it has a shaker hood, not sure though if it is a true N96 car. It is beautiful! I will let him chime in as he is on moparts as well. Hi Everyone, My name is Ken. Yes there are actually 4 B7 6 pack convertibles. Very rare color. I know that 3 out of the 4 are 4 speeds for sure. I forgot what Tom L. is. (From CUDA CLUB) All four have white tops. I decided to put a black top on mine because I plan on keeping it for awhile as the white top turns to yellow after a while. Hard to keep perfect where I live. I figure I can always put a white top on later if I sold. Pretty easy to do. I added an oe shaker on my car (because it cool) but painted two hoods in case the next guys wants to put back on the car. Here's a pic not done yet bet hoping this coming spring. If anyone knows how I can get the pic bigger like the red and white convertibles above please send a PM and I will update. Thanks

Originally Lime Green IIRC. Auto, painted FC7 after he bought it around '79. It was at the Bartle Hall Car show in January of '80. I remember it well. Seen it quite a bit after he bought it. In Kansas. Never heard it sold though, if it did curious to where it went?
