SunnyMopar OP member S Joined: Oct 2017 Posts: 28 Ontario. Canada	Hello, I am new on this forum! Iam trying to swap a 383 to 440 for my e-body: 1970 Cuda- Shaker 4-speed Has anyone done this before! Would like to know what i need to replace to have the 440 swap in! Exp.., fuel lines, throtle linkage, distributer Bell housing , flywheel, Clutch., . ect part needed to complete swap! Please help! Dave Hall top fuel Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 2,363 Cotati, CA	Three things I can think of. The pilot bearing and the shaker will need attention. The exhaust might need a little rearranging. Possible throttle bracket?

second 70 top fuel S Joined: Feb 2014 Posts: 1,696 central il.	Sonny if it’s only the block you have you’re going to need a new intake,shaker base, distributor, and maybe exhaust. The headers fit so much easier on a 383 because with the higher deck of the 440 it puts them right against the bottom of the car.
