I personally never like to take a chance on old used up blown up junk. Scrap metal to me, expect maybe some of the valve train parts.

rockers have the most value. Block would make for a nice coffee table piece or man cave art. The heads possibly are repairable. Get them cheap. Scrap is around $140/ton here.
On the block, its worth to match up to original car. Maybe a Daytona? etc, jus to see what it originally came out of.
Do I see max wedge heads on the floor too?

Give him 200 bucks for everything ....he waited too long to sell that stuff, you can now buy new heads for less than it costs to fix them... I don't care that is hemi stuff but people think its gold....the only thing might be as said if the block has a rare vin and someone must have the OE block for a resto but its STILL broken....just my 2 cents
