Ive no connection to this other then as a buyer of a set.

He sells out his batches quickly so I think im not the only one thinking its a square deal.

Would these work on a 340?

Yes but you would also need the spacers for under the rocker arm shaft bolts and the round spacers in between the rockers.
Downside to these is there is no locking nut. They were an "interference" design where the adjusters were snug in the rocker arms without a positive locking mechanism. I've used them on several engines with no issues...
Other than having to run the valves more often...

You can change the non locking adjustes if they are like my old ersons.thay had the same ones. They wore and would start to back off on some.Bought a set of MP adjustables and no problems. My kid has a new set of MPs with the lockers.Has had them for at least 15 years. He might sell them some day as all they do is sit.Rocky

These are not NOS mopar. Its mis-leading. They are AFTER MARKET replacements. I had a 1/2 a set from a 340 I bought earlier this year, along with an extra banana groove shaft. Found an "NOS" set of 8 on eBay and when they came, they were obviously a repo-set. Searched on eBay more and found all kinds of them available.

I did take an original and repo to work to check hardness and size (i work in tool&gage dept) and found them to be good on the rockwell, and about .001 difference on size. Though there are burrs on the inside edges, which will wear out a shaft fairly quickly. You will need to inspect everyone of them and dress them as needed. Also, of the 8 I received, 1 was missing the oiling hole. So I had to drill that out as well.

BEWARE of what you are getting.

Thank you for the input, I had a feeling that was the case because another seller has the same ones for $229 and says replacement.

Im anal enough to over anything that comes in the door and for my use a single spring, simple solid cam under .500 I hope they will be ok.

Do you think these are old replacements or someone in china decided there was a market?

Although it is bothersome they are listed as nos.

when i worked for sealed power we sold the replacements i made a set of locknuts for mine, so they may be NOS but NOS aftermarket

Here is a interesting twist, I never figured out who made the ones selling on ebay but I was cleaning and found a few packs of Manley 273 rockers.

The Manley and the older oem-s off ebay seem to be from the same molds but you can tell by the pics the Manley units look a bit less rough like maybe they were tumbeled? The top of the adjusters look a hair different but between all 16 I checked, the 8 Manely and 8 from the ebay listing they are all within 4 grams of each other. The inside or both are slightly ribbed but the same.

So what did Manley do, simply rebox mopar units? Or?

The Manley units are on the right side in the pics.

Erson made a bunch of rockers back in the day. They were Sig Erson then.Have a set on my 440 I bought in like 72.They had the interference fit adjusters. They lasted for close to 25 years.Used MPs with the locks and as good as new.Rocky

When they do start to wear out adjuster wise is it more the adjuster threads or the rocker itself?

Im talking the oem types like I posted.

The one's I had were identical to those pictured...some of them the threads got a little loose and they didn't retain the valve lash and started to loosen up. PITA always having to run the valves just because they get loose so much faster. Eventually they were replaced with the longer adjuster with a nut on top... I haven't seen the kit to replace the stock adjuster sold anywhere in a long time...
