Switching out a 3rd member & the one I'm sticking in doesn't have threaded holes. It has smooth holes & a flat area to put a nut on the back side. I went to Napa & they have no idea what part number for a U-bolt kit to bolt these up. They looked thru all different years & models & just come up with the formed flat piece of metal & little bolts. Anyone know what year/model would use the u-bolt style U-joint hold downs?

You have a 1330 yoke from a Chrysler Imperial constant velocity assembly.

You can use a Spicer #2-94-58X U-bolt kit and a 1330/7290 or 1330/7260 conversion U-joint to mate it to a common A/B/E body driveshaft.

It also looks like it has one of the locating tabs for one of the caps broke off. Am I seeing that right?

Yes, I didn't even notice it had tabs to keep the u-joint cups in. I'm used to the snap rings that go around the inside of the caps retaining the U-joint cups.

Looks like I just need a new yoke.

I lucked out & one of the tool makers at work was able to fix the yoke & the local, small town NAPA had the conversion U-joint in stock to go from the 7290 driveshaft yoke to the 1330 8 3/4" yoke. I was really surprised about that.

Now running the 2.94 open till summer & going to swap the 4.10 SG to either 3.55 or 3.73.

Take apart and measure your "conversion" u-joint cross. You might find that the four cross ends are exactly the same, and only thing different are the caps.

It is a SKF UJ458.

It all measured out right as far as cap diameters/widths.
