Or just over if its not worth much more?

Bought a small car near Seattle, and need to get it home. It can either be shipped to Sumas WA (98295), or if its reasonable, over the border into Canada. I live 20 miles from Sumas, so its not far. Needn't be fancy, or covered. Just a small car, that rolls, all parts will be inside, maybe 3000lbs tops.

Just need to get an idea ov what this might cost.

You should go get that yourself with a trailer.

Most haulers do not have a winch on their trailer - most haulers do not want to deal with a rolller.

That is a turnaround trip - most haulers will meet you in Blaine to transfer - it is a short trip.

You need to hire someone out of Seattle or Blaine to make a round trip.

Yeah... my little 2500lb Celica aint hauling anything...

And yeah, its not a long trip. Think it took me 2.5hrs once i was through the border to get there.

If you don’t have a friend with a truck & trailer - can you rent one ?

Sounds like this is a roller project with loose parts - easiest & cheapest way to get it across the border is if you go get it - all the paperwork has to be in order to bring it across.

Man, i know this. Believe me... i know this all too well. When i bought the car, i had a friend with a truck, trailer and passport. I pay for the thing, get home and just before we go, my friend actually LOOKS at his passport, and sees its expired. I have MANY friends here, NONE have passports. Those who do, drive little cars or nothing. No one's lending anything.

I'm still working on this angle, but trust me, i'm not posting for a transport here because i want to...

So again, what might something like this cost me if i had to actually pay someone i dont know (a service or just a Moparts member) to do it?
