It's my understanding that 1967 - 1972 doors are interchangeable - and appear the same as far as exterior character lines, door lock location, a-post, etc.
Am I correct or not - from you A Body experts.

I can tell you on my 67 Dart that the location of the pull up lock knob is further back toward the rear window than on a 68 and up door.

Did you read the thread before you posted?

See the second post, you know the first one with an answer to teh OP.

They say there are no such thing as a stupid question.
They say there is always the exception that proves the rule.
Don't be the exception.

Yea, he read it. And so did I. And it's mistaken....

In 68 the locks were to the rear like 67.

The lock moved forward for 1969 models and stayed that way up to and including 1972. And also stayed forward to 1976 with the ventless windows.

I don't know how much you want to include in "door". But the vent window lock and some internal window mechanism parts are different.

I have two doors left over from a project - I want to sell them and don't want to misrepresent them. They are complete except the interior trim panels. Moving the lock position sounds familiar, so in regards to the lock mine would fit a 69 and later.

Once the trim panel is on functionality isn't affected. I need to check the a post lock then.
Thanks all.

Yes, sorry, my mistake. I should have said 69 and up door. 68 I don't know one way or the other.
