looking to get some input from anyone who has dealt with it. so when I finished my car june 2016 the hood hinges did not appear that bad but over the past 2 seasons of racing and driving it the hood has opened more times in 2 years than it has in its entire previous life. now the hood doesn't close right and the back corners stick up about an inch.

im curious if I should send my hinges out to get rebuilt or replace them. how have your experiences been with either option
Thanks Bryan

First thing I would do is oil the hinges and work the hinges by moving the hood up and down. Then go to Resto Ricks site and read how to adjust a hood.

Yep! And did he e-mail you a quick video showing how much slop was in the hinge teeth?
