I remember on this site 100 years ago everybody posting the script of “Rock” signed on the heater blower duct or something. Fast forward 10 years... did anybody ever find out who Rock was? Or what it was ?

"Rock" appears on the inside rear wheel wells of thousands of 1970 E bodies built at Hamtramck. The mystery has never been solved but Barry does have a good bit of info on his site about this and other signatures found on E bodies.

It’s interesting. I met a man on an airplane who worked on the St Louis plant from 69-72 or so. He was very interesting to talk to about production etc of that era.

I have known plenty of people who worked on the old Tarrytown line. Coke cans would end up in various locations which were impossible to remove unless body work were to take place.

My dad sold Pontiacs back in the day, and I recall stories about bottles in rocker panels that had to be cut out to stop the mysterious noises the car was making.
