I'm no expert, but isn't there supposed to be a hole drilled in the front fender for the outer most bumper bracket?

It’s not Q5, it’s code L which is much darker. They are more common than you might think. 20 years ago I had a 68 Charger R/T same color combo. Earlier this year I had a 68 Barracuda this color and presently I have a turquoise 68 Polara 500

L=turquoise is not extremly rare but definetly seen seldom compared to all green and earth colours, Q=blue or P=red in example

There was another LL1 painted 68 Charger RT on ebay last week (no tag but you could see original paint on the frame rails)
