Came across a set of '69 manifolds that I boxed up and put in storage years ago. Looks like these are selling for $350 or so these days? I see some people are asking more on ebay but not sure they are getting it.

I have the originals off of my GTX sitting in a box in similar condition, I have noticed prices in the 3-400 dollar range also...seems there are a lot out there for sale so I also don't know if they are actually moving at that price, there were a few pair at the last swap meet I was at tagged at 400...they didn't sell...

I used to sell the 68-69 manifolds around $ 225 set. They are still VERY common and readily available . The 70-71 manifolds however will bring a good bit more , probably $ 350-$ 400 set
assuming the date codes are nice and sharp and the heat riser and counter weight assembly is intact.

Condition goes a long way. Those are all pittted up and missing the stove flapper.

I have taken so many of these to the scrapper over the years. Guess I should start saving them more often.

I ended up selling them for $350 to a guy who needed them for his B body restoration. The flapper valve on this set was complete and in good condition. The buyer seemed happy with the deal, said they were just what he was looking for. So I guess that answers the WIW question.

6PKRTSE, I would be more than happy to pay you 10 x scrap price whenever you feel the need to scrap H.P. manifolds !

Your pair was well worth the $350.00. Most are pitted to death and the flapper is long gone.

Does anyone sell a heat riser/weight repair kits? I picked up a pair of 70 manifolds years ago and want to restore mine.

NOS kits can still be found, but as you can imagine they are usually very expensive. You already know that the heat riser changed in 1970. So the 69 and earlier ones were different.
