Unless they've changed it along the way, this cam is a 40+ year old Chevy lobe design. That means two things:
1. There is more power to be had from a more modern, Mopar-specific lobe.
2. This cam should be easy on the valve train as it does not have the extremely fast acceleration rates of the modern cams suggested in the lines above.
I was looking at this camshaft in catalogs in the mid '70s. One step down, the 270HL, was considered to be a great street cam. The 256 and 262 Supercams are newer than this cam.
