I've replaced the nylon bushings in the bell crank twice now. Both times they have split in the groove cut into them. The car has the original bell crank etc. I did replace the clutch with a borg and beck factory replacement from Ramm. Any ideas?

I should add it seems to be fine until I speed shift the car.

Something is making the shaft move enough(up or down, forward or backwards) to crack those bushings shruggy scope

I went thru this using the Mopar/aftermarket replacement bushings, at first I thought lubrication was the issues, but it was poor quality mat'l after going thru several sets, I located a used/original set and solved the issue

I'm using the mopar after market ones and assume that's the issue. The groove appears to be an issue. Both have split in the groves.
