Well, it's raining real hard today and washing away all that snow we got last week. What better time than to put together the suspension.

Was really on a roll until I was ready to install the lower ball joints. Hit a snag. Seems my bud Dick at Firm Feel sent me ball joints for drum brakes so all had to stop. I have some correct ball joints coming so I'll hit it Monday.

If you match the ball joints up I bet the only difference is the bolt size. in a pinch you could drill them out.

Oh, I could of done that but I just decided to go with the correct BJs. no big deal. I'll just hang on to these in the event I do a drum brake car.

Did you powder coat the k frame?

Here I figured the body would be in final prime.

It's close to the final prime. I'm behind several other cars waiting for the paint booth.

Got my 3.91's out and check for wear and backlash. All within specs. I may go ahead and put together a set of 3.55s for later down the road.
