Ive been wondering that myself. Wonder what ins. company concluded and payed out.

Id guess if not overseas by now its still complete in someones garage. Alot of big private estates with acreage where a car like that would never have to leave and could still be enjoyed by some dirty rat.

We will probably never know in our lifetime.

So that is the one that was stolen a couple years ago? Steve owned it?

Certainly makes one wonder. Not only where, but how the L can anyone enjoy a car as hot as this is. A little nauseating to say the least on so many levels.

My guess is it was targeted by thieves filling an order from a foreign collector of stolen exotics. Makes you wonder what else is in that "collection". No doubt it'll pop up sooner or later, those big coordinated theft rings and the guys that buy those cars always get busted.

Doubt you could keep a car like that in the states without someone finding out eventually. Seems like the only way to keep it would be to change the way it looks completely and get a new fender tag.

I'd say it's either here and they know they can't take it outside (ever), or it's in Dubai.

There is alot about the deal on google, alot of the same but it seems there is a 50k reward from the ins. company.

But not alot past the initial theft story.

Also if you google mod top cuda and hit the images you can see alot of the mod top mopars, not for me but really cool.
