I have an old 99 block, heads, manifold, headers, dry sump pump. All rooted junk, for the man cave,I'm looling for the followng bits to make it look like an engine.

Valve covers
Kick out sump
Front timing cover
Motor plate

If anybody knows of or has any bits i'd love to bear from you.

Thanks in advance. Cole.

Contact V Gaines(Madcap Engines), Derek Kramer, Elite Motorsports, or Nickens Brothers, they all have lots of parts. In fact START with Nickens they seem to be the easiest to work with.

BTW what heads and blocks? 5 or 9 bearing? Skirted or non? If skirted pass side of block milled away? What heads the early single bolt stuff or later multiple bolt rocker stand stuff?

Thanks for the reply Al, All the stuff i have came from David Nickens. The block is a full skirted 5 bearing one. It is the first one david cut up for a kick out oil pan and won the MileHigh Nationals in the Neon with. first NHRA win for the new hemi.Being a skirted block with the side cut out the mains are totally cracked it was going in the bin so i saved a bit of history,I cleaned up the workshop found a few old bits and shipped em home along with some other bits. Its been sitting in the corner of the garage semi complete, i'd like to finish it off. The heads are pn 4876883 and 11 bolt valve covers if that makes any diffrence? I will call all the other guys you mentioned. Thanks a million Al!

You may also want to call H.A.Specialties. He used to sell a lot of the old stuff for V Gaines. Owners is DL Hildebrand phone number is 303-995-9533. Not sure if he still is selling off the stuff but when we were at his place last year there was a TON of 99 stuff. Even had sets of current complete CNC CFE heads etc.
