So I have a 74 charger. Broadcast calls for a "60" under wheel section. Number that I found that I believe corresponds to that is a 3580060. Which is non rallye. I've also seen other numbers but what's the difference between all the numbers for a 14x6? How many different 14x6 wheels are there? How do you decipher the stampings? Thanks.

W87 = 14x6.0"  wheels - Chrysler didn't put any G70-14s on 5.5" wheels

per GG's "white book":

3580068 is a 14x6.0" "RALLYE" wheel

3461954 is a 14x6.0" steel wheel (1972 b-body)
3580060 is a 14x6.0" steel wheel (1972-'74 b-body)
3621954 is a 14x6.0" steel wheel (1972-'74 b-body)

shruggy not sure why 3 are listed or which would be correct
if the "60" directly correlates to 3580060

1974 vintage wheels have plant, year, month & day stamped next to the valve stem & the part number stamped above it

what engine? & what wheel covers/hub cap did the Charger have?

W87 is correct. Well I found and bought 1 "60" wheel. By valve stem it says M34,5,13, penstar and 3580060. Engine is 360. Spoke hub caps.

Is there a more comprehensive listing of wheel part numbers than the GG White book ?

While good info his parts list is limited and doesn't cover many other mopar wheels that were commonplace

Gonna keep this thread going...

So obviously I've seen the 3580060...

What about the 3621954 or 3461954... are there any examples of these wheels out there? We're there wheels with both of these part numbers stamped?

What about the 3420978?

I'll look in my Hollanders book when I get back from my business trip. Problem is, I believe my Hollanders goes up to 1972 only. There will probably be numerous (maybe many) Mopar 14x6" wheels listed. You have to LOOK at the different part# wheels & see which ones match each other, & measure backspacing. That's if you have a "collection" of the 14x6's.

back in my junkyard ownership days [those ceased in 1984 when i sold out] aspen/volare wagons came with 14x6 wheels as well as police F bodys. there were also 14x6 steel wheels on other mopar models, but i can't remember which ones.
