It's not just the distance to the tracks. For every track that closes, the near by tracks just become that more crowded. I can't see driving 200 miles to be able to make 2 time runs ( if there are no major delays ) before elims.

.....but not THAT south central (LA) laugh2

I'm a recreational racer at heart. I enjoy going to different tracks. Barona is a good time as people get there early and stick around to socialize. Krappy 6 hour tow there, but it's fun.

already quite a few of those "not really sanctioned" tracks in the high desert (not socal.... or is it? laugh2 )
