This is right in my wheelhouse. People ask for these but the 50 I might sell in my lifetime wouldn't be worth the effort to have them made. A very complicated part for a drain tube. The end that screws to the underside of the AC box has a metal plate in it. There's also a metal plate/washer where it goes through the firewall.
The 90 degree "duckbill" end is similar to the E body drain tube. And that grommet where it goes through the firewall looks exactly like the 62-65 B body heater core tube to firewall grommets.
