J_BODY I Live Here J Joined: May 2003 Posts: 13,185 aZLiViN	personally I haven't. I sent my damaged W5 to a place in Iowa and learned the hard way that substandard aluminum castings cannot be welded. I see you are in AZ. Should be someone more local to perform this for you. I know J&S Machine in Lake Havasu repairs aluminum heads.
