If it is a 340 and if the motor is salvageable, I would pay his $500 starting price. Scrap the hull, sell the trailer and have a free 340.

I was looking for a good Century Mark II a few years ago before I bought a Conqueror and they go anywhere from 5,000 to (wishful)10,000.

I restored the Conqueror by myself with the exception of when the deck had to be separated from the hull. It took a year and that was with me taking month long breaks a few times. Willing to give advice to anyone getting into that...
My 2X4 clamp was easy to make and the 1/2" ss threaded rod was supplied by ebay.

Are you thinking being an inboard, it might be a reverse rotation engine??
