Well I feel like a complete DA. After spending more time on it tonight. I found the real problem. The Shank on the lug nuts was too long. They were bottoming out on the register. Causing to rotor to run out in the caliper. This was binding it all up. Put an extra washer on the lug nuts problem solved. Guess it is time for new lug nuts. Thanks to all who offered advice. Just didn't check it close enough the first time. Jim

I have cut more than one lug nut off to make them fit properly instead of buying new ones, but I'm a little on the cheap side now and then, especially when I'm in a hurry and mad about parts not fitting properly
