Hi guys I have been away for a while doing other thing.
but I have got some work done on the 35 dodge PU project lately.
doing all the fitting I finally pulled the truck apart to start body and paint work.

first picture is the truck mostly put together,
then I shot Raptor liner on the frame in all the areas that don't show when the truck is together,
then I hung the frame so I could paint the whole frame at once.
its maroon, its called "carmine Red"

painted the frame maroon over the Raptor liner and over the front area that shows when the truck is together.
so I have smooth where the frame shows.

the rest is protected with raptor liner...

Thanks moparx, I still have some welding and detail work to do on the cross member, then it will get painted when I do the body..
working on the front and rear suspension and getting ready to paint that stuff gloss black, then install it and make the chassis rollable, then finish the body work on the cab...

hope to have it on the road later this year...

That cab is an all-time great design. Those designers had their act together, like on the coupes.
