511 Dyno 837.6 HP

Back together and ready to go back in Barney. Here is the just of the build.
400 block with a Callie's 4.25 Dragonslayer
13.5-1 Diamond pistons
Indy EZ-1 heads flowing just under 370 @ .700
TTI 2 1/8 step headers
Indy single plane with 1050 Dom
Custom solid roller 268/276 with a hair over .700 lift

Peaked at 837.6 @ 6700 and carries nice till 7100

Because we never cut the cloverleaf out of the Manifold it does better with no spacer. I'm fine with that for hood clearance. Should be able to fit a 5" element in it this way.

It sounded real strong. Should work well.

Biggest issue is finding time and motivation to swap it out with the 440 with a drug problem.
Maybe next week.
I'd post a dyno sheet but Photobucket want $ from me.

1971 Plum Crazy Super Bee. 572 World Aluminum block with a Cope 727 & Dana 4.10 out back. 9.88 @ 138 with a 1.35 60 NA. Dialed back to 10.0’s. 4000 lbs with me in it.

Thanks. Finding ambition to pull a perfectly good 440 out is my hurdle right now.

Hey nice job Wookie !
That's just the combo I may be heading for....

I didn't know the EZ-1 could do so well...I called Indy today and they wanted to sell me the Big EZ for my 67 Barracuda....

I wonder how headers fit with 400 block and these heads in an A body

Dan

I am spoiled in a B body with an Alterkation front end. Tons of room. I know anything in an A body can be a pain. Helped an bud put a 400 in his Duster last year. Inner fenders were removed and it was still a pain.

The lo deck Maddogs fit my 67 barracuda nice. Needed a few dings but easy install. Took about 10 minutes on pass side. They are a slip tube design. Dr side takes a little longer with the steering box and colume to deal with.
