Hello all, I am installing a Hydratech 3074L in a 1970 Plymouth Duster. The thing that puzzles me is the pedal connection piece provided. Has anyone installed a kit like this in their Mopar and found this to be the correct one? In the photos you can see it would interfere with a good amount of the pedal without bolting down. I show the stock pushrod for reference.

Can't see the pics. Photobucket is saying you account does not allow 3rd party viewing.

Just upload them directly unto Moparts.

Flip your adapter 180 then put it on the other side of the pedal assembly, you have it opposite of where the stock one connects.

They say there are no such thing as a stupid question.
They say there is always the exception that proves the rule.
Don't be the exception.

Huh? The adapter is symmetrical meaning that it won't touch even if I flip it over, and also i was holding it correctly on the pedal as well.

the total thickness of the adapter looks close to the thickness of the original pushrod, so just use a spacer slightly wider than the total distance needed to keep the adapter off the pedal. unless my perspective of the pic is not up to snuff......
