I agree the hood is a bit too much...but think the design could work if toned down a bit. There has to be a way to use the R/T bulge hood for taller intakes, IMHO. Otherwise, we have to keep using the chevy design if we dont want a forward facing scoop i.e., Hemi, SixPack, T/A. At least this guy is trying, and yes he is producing them if you want one. And you can get a more subdued version for extra cost.

Before anyone "judges" my comments, I actually like the Corvette Summer hood

VFN has sai for three years they were gonna raise the RT hood for us guys. Never has happened. Someone could sell the RT hood if they did it right but this thing is plain ugly especially from the side. I have seen the ad in MCG from the side and I don't like it at all. The front scoops are another sticking point with me. I guess I am gonna have to buy a cowl.

i agree it needs to be redesigned. I emailed him and he said he could do a different mold if i wanted.

I think it just needs big openings in the scoops. The scoops are not in proportion to the rest of the hood

The scoops need to be higher up on the buldge.
