Plan on putting a 5.9 mag in my van this weekend. I just want to make sure that the magnum flex plate will bolt up to a regular converter without issue. Im putting it in from the bottom.

Huh? The torque converter will bolt up to a regular converter?

The magnum 360 is balanced differently than the LA 360 or (internal balnce)318's so if you're asking about that then be sure you have the correctly weighted flex plate or torque converter.

Yes, the magnum weighted flex plate will bolt to the smaller wide ring gear no weight TQ bolt pattern with a little modification.

The flex plate has all even spaced bolts, so the one offset bolt will need to be egged out to fit the offset TQ.

b&m used to make a specific mag to 727 flex plate as well. it got discontinued, but doesn't mean someone isn't selling one somewhere.
