Perhaps in time they'll do a 29"

The 9x28 PBR has been phenominal !!

A 9x29 or 9x29.5 would be heavan !!

I have run the 28x10 for 18 months and wouldn't change back to any other radial - traction and life .
Tried a 295/65R15 et street radial (30.5") - chewed the doglegs when off throttle through the traps . Scared the bejesus out of me first time . Otherwise need to space diff back a little

I cant fit a 28x10 under a 66-67 b-body

Hoosier makes a 9 x 29.5 p/n = 18210

I think if I ever need a taller tire that would be next, unless M/T made the PBR in 29.5 or 30

Are you sure a 29.5" tall tire would fit with the axle in the stock location? On my car with 28" tires, the tire is real close to the front edge of the fenderwell at the sill (bottom of the body).

Those are the "short" 30" version.
92.5" rollout.
The tall ones are 94.0" rollout.

That's interesting. Every car is a little different I suppose, but here's mine, it's a Plymouth, but I have less than 3/4" and these are 28x9's, which MT says measure 27-1/2".

When I raced my "stocker" I would ask for the tallest 9x30x15 bias ply slicks the west coast Firestone warehouse had, I've had more than one set that had 95.5 + inch circumference devil
Luckily I never went fast enough to get protested or torn down in that car whistling

I am running the 28x10.50 pro bracket and have been happy with them. My first pass on them was a new best 60ft and I wasn't having traction problems prior to that.

Every car is different for sure. I ran the old MT 29.5x9 on my car for years before we split the tubs and moved the springs. I was on old super stock springs back then. Maybe the caltrac spring has a shorter front spring segment or mounting point?

I run 29.5x10.5x15W now with room. Not much room...

I think Dodge's are supposed to have a 1" longer wheelbase.
This is the 9x28 PBR
