I had the same experience with Dynotech. I called them many times, and no one answers the phone. I gave up on them after a couple weeks of trying. I would suggest calling Mark Williams Enterprises. They made a driveshaft for me recently. It was delivered at my house in a couple days after ordering. Top shelf quality, best balancing equipment in the industry, very fast service. Hard to beat in my opinion. Prices are competitive with everyone else, great customer service. For my car, ended up ordering a chromoly shaft with Mark Williams billet 1350 trans yoke, works great, no vibrations, strong as it gets, no complaints. http://www.markwilliams.com/driveshafts.aspx

There's a guy way out East in Holtsville who does driveshafts, Marty? - Supershafts. Al knows him pretty well. He is quick and reasonable from what I have experienced. He did a job for me while I waited one time. Long Island Driveshaft

I used lot's of there stuff racing TAD. But when I needed a new shaft for my street strip 500+ HP BB challenger. I got it from the local truck driveline shop. They make all kinds of drive/PTO shafts everyday and balance them. Mine was made out of aluminum and it took them one day to make it. It was cheaper than a full on MW or any of the specially shops mentioned here and has held up great in 10 years now. As far as balancing, they do a good job.

FWIW we just bought a Carbon Drive shaft from AFCO. Was delivered quickly and at a very good price.

Now that you mention it, when I ordered mine from dynotech I ended up going there in person and talking to them. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone either so I just physically went there But I'm only a half hour up the road.

Challenger1,
Cincinnati Driveline and Hydraulics???
If you buy the 4130 kit from MW or Strange, they (Cinn driveline), will assemble and balance it for you. They do High-speed balancing, but you have to tell them up front.
Yes, they are very quick on turnaround and not over priced.
Regards, Mark
PS: I live over near the Kenwood mall... Yes!! Joe is the owner is a life long westsider and a very nice guy. Remember when they were in Northside across the street from the dog pound(SPCA) It was not called Cincinnati driveline then and Joe was just a employee. Can't remember the name before? Used to go in there all the time for truck parts before most truck parts and dealers moved to Sharonville.

I've given up on Dynotech. Too bad it has come to this sought of business motto these days. If you can not at least in a timely manner get back to a paying customer to mention overloaded work conditions, no supplies, no shipments, no whatever, then that's a call for an exit stage left on the customers side. Radio silence whether it be via phone contact, E-mail, text goes along the saying of: A business with no sign, is a sign of no business"

I pulled the trigger today and went with a recommendation to CCI Driveline in Detroit for the Aluminum drive shaft and a Sonnax Billet slip yoke. They were very informative about there services, and very inquisitive as to my intentions with the car, weight and all.
Family run business and simple to work with. I'll let you guys know how it turns out. I'm optimistic.
Dynotech just never called, not even to say that they are too busy. Oh well, money has legs.
