What's the application of this heater control panel with light bar? I've had lots of 69 B bodies with light group but have never seen this light bar included. Was this from a 68 or maybe even from a C body?

The way I understand it is that the light bar is for '70's. I have had a string of '69's and I do try to add one, they work great.
