I say this because I used to have a 1977 Dodge Monaco CHP Police car and wanted to put the cop car wheels on it,and a purist in Police car restoration told me that was a "NO-NO" because they didnt come standard until 1978. EDIT: Maybe im confused,It was either the wheels or the Police Car Dog Dish caps that didnt come into play until 1978,cant remember which I was told.

The One thing to remember about Ma mopar.. never say never... not that you did...they did some unexplained things back in the day....LOL

440newport master Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 4,587 St. John's Newfoundland	They've been around longer than 78 for sure.. I'm pretty sure they were used from 1974-1989. At first I think they were only on B bodies, and then later on used on the C body and M body cop cars as well.
